Mentors can boost mentees confidence through mentorship process by giving mentees positive feedback on their progress and strengths, achievements and improvements. it is the responsibility of mentors to always make sure their mentees are given feedback on their progress. For example, A mentor is mentoring a learner that wants to become a motivational speaker it is very important to always make sure you give your mentee feedback on the progress their making in their voice projection, eye contact, body language, voice tone and use of words.
